Everyone asks the same questions, and the papers pile up
Before an operation, you'll be asked what you take, what you're allergic to and what surgery you've had before, often more than once.
Afterward, you go home with instructions you were given while groggy. By the follow-up visit, the papers are somewhere in a tote bag.

How it works
Four steps, and you can start today
Start your trial
Start the 7-day free trial and say who the profile is for: you, or someone you're looking after through their operation.
Confirm it's you
Verify your identity and address, sign the consent forms, and book an intake visit with a clinician, who signs your records request with you.
Records in, papers added
Triangle requests your records through the national health-record networks, Carequality and TEFCA. Upload the papers you already have, and Linen shows what may be missing.
Read, ask and set reminders
Get a plain-language reading of your records, ask questions in a chat that knows your history, and set reminders in your own words.
Three days after, with the papers in reach
You uploaded a photo of your discharge instructions on the way home. Now you can ask what they say, in your own words, and set the reminder in the same place.
The details here are made up. Linen reads what your papers say; your surgical team's instructions always come first.
What did my discharge papers say about lifting and driving?
- No lifting more than 10 pounds for four weeks.
- No driving while you're taking the prescribed pain medicine.
- Follow-up visit on October 23.
Remind me at 8 am and 8 pm to take my antibiotic.
Answer drawn from your uploaded discharge papers.
Cancel before day 7 and you're not charged.
Your own assistant
Bring your records into Claude, ChatGPT or Grok
If you already use an AI assistant, you can connect it to Linen. With your permission, it reads your records, medicines and notes, and it can set the reminders you ask for.

Settings›Apps & Connectors›Advanced settings›Developer Mode on
Apps & Connectors›Create, under Connectors›A name and the address
Needs ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu. The free plan can't add custom connectors.

Things you might ask it
What did my discharge papers say about showering and lifting?
List my medicines and allergies for the pre-op nurse.
Remind me every evening at 8 to take my antibiotic.
Setting reminders needs write access, which you choose on Triangle's consent screen.
Once connected, what your assistant reads is handled under that assistant's own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn't control, so connect only assistants you trust. It works only with what's inside Triangle and can't change anything at your hospital or surgeon's office. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately.
Connecting an assistant is optional. Linen works on its own.

Questions
Before you start
What does it cost?
Linen starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card when you start; cancel before day 7 and you're not charged. After that it's $9 a month, and you can cancel any month; your records stay yours. The membership covers Triangle requesting your records from hospitals and clinics and keeping them updated as new ones arrive, chat anytime with the assistant that answers from your own records, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your wearables, and uploading anything else you have, such as your discharge papers.
What does setup ask of me?
After you start the trial: a few details, an identity check and confirming your address, choosing who can see the profile, signing the consent forms, and booking an intake visit with a clinician. Then Triangle requests your records, and you can upload anything else you have.
Will my records arrive before my surgery?
We can't promise when. Requests go out through the national networks, Carequality and TEFCA, and records arrive as each place responds. Not every hospital or clinic can be reached that way. If you need something for the pre-op call, upload it yourself, and Linen reads it like the rest.
Does Linen tell me whether I need surgery, or how to recover?
No. Triangle does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it doesn't replace your surgeon. Your surgical team's instructions come first. Linen helps you keep them, read them in plain words and remember them.
Will anyone check on me after surgery?
No. Linen doesn't monitor you, and no one watches it in real time. If something worries you after surgery, call your surgeon's office. In an emergency, call 911.
Who can see it, including the person helping me at home?
Only the people you choose. Share your profile with the person helping you, and choose who can see it and who can help manage it. Linen is made by Triangle, so your account is a Triangle account, under Triangle's privacy policy and terms.
