What Linen does

Ready for the pre-op call

Linen keeps a summary of your medical history, with past operations, conditions and allergies when your records list them. The medication list the pre-op nurse asks for is drawn from your records, pharmacy fills included where they appear.

Discharge instructions you can read at home

Upload a photo of your discharge instructions and ask what they say about lifting, driving or your follow-up visit. Linen reads what your papers say, and your surgical team's instructions always come first.

Reminders set in a sentence

Type a reminder in your own words, such as “Remind me every evening at 8 to take my antibiotic.” It arrives in Linen and by notification.

Your person in the loop

Let the family member or friend helping you through the operation into your profile, as a viewer or as a co-manager. Your history updates as records from the operation come in.

What makes Linen different

One place for the papers

A folder or tote bag holds the papers you were handed, in whatever order they landed. Linen keeps your history, medicines and discharge papers together on your phone, read back in plain words.

Your history from before, too

The hospital doing your operation has a portal for its own records. Linen also requests records from your other doctors through the national networks, so past operations and conditions from elsewhere can sit in the same history.

Ask again on day 3 or day 10

ChatGPT, Claude or Grok, with no records connected, works from whatever papers you hand it. Linen keeps your discharge papers with the rest of your history, so you can ask about them again whenever you need to.

One month at a time

Your 7-day free trial needs a card, and after it Linen is $9 a month. Cancel any time, and know that Triangle takes no payment from drug makers, laboratories or hospitals.

Who uses Linen

The team behind Linen

Linen was made for the paperwork that gathers around an operation, and its maker is Triangle, a Pasadena, California company incorporated as Triangle Health, Inc. Triangle's founders are Arun Verma, the CEO, Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop, who started it after Arun, diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2023, found himself doing the research by hand; neuro-oncologist Dr. Santosh Kesari is its founding medical advisor. Linen applies what they built to the stretch before and after an operation.

About Triangle

How Linen works

  1. Today: start the trial

Start the 7-day free trial and name who the profile is for, you or the person you're helping through an operation.

  2. Confirm and consent

Triangle needs an identity check and your signed consent before it can ask anyone for records. You'll also pick who can see the profile and choose a day for the intake visit with a clinician.

  3. Triangle requests the records

Triangle contacts your hospitals and clinics for records through the national networks; meanwhile, photograph or upload the papers already in hand.

  4. Before and after: read, ask, share

Before and after the operation, go over your health topics and medication list, ask about your papers and share them with the person helping you; your AI assistant can be linked too. Reach Triangle at support@trianglehealth.com if anything gets in the way.

Frequently asked questions

What does Linen do around an operation, and who makes it?

Linen keeps your records, medicines and discharge papers in order around an operation. It is made by Triangle, and you sign up with Triangle.

How is Linen priced?

A card is required up front for Linen's 7-day free trial. Once the trial ends, the cost is $9 a month through Triangle, and you can cancel whichever month you like.

Is Linen a doctor?

No. Triangle made Linen for research and educational support, not medical care, so it does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Your surgeon and care team make the decisions.

Will ChatGPT, Claude or Grok be able to read my Linen papers?

Yes. Your assistant's MCP connections need one entry, Linen's address https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, and then you pick what it may read, such as your discharge papers and medicines. Triangle explains the steps for each assistant at trianglehealth.com/agents.

Who else can see my papers, and are they secure?

Triangle is HIPAA compliant, and from the first upload your papers are encrypted on the way in and while stored. Nobody sells your data or uses it for ads, and only the people you add, such as the person helping you at home, can see your profile.

Will my records arrive before my surgery?

Linen can't promise when. Records arrive as each place responds, and not every hospital or clinic can be reached through the national networks. If you need something for the pre-op call, upload it yourself, and Linen reads it like the rest.

Will anyone check on me after surgery?

No. Linen doesn't monitor you, and no one watches it in real time. If something worries you after surgery, call your surgeon's office, and in an emergency, call 911.

Can the person helping me at home see my papers?

They can once you share your Linen profile with them. Viewing only, or helping manage too: you decide, and you can change that after you've recovered.
